MASTERPLAN AND TERRITORIAL PLANNING

The Territorial Planning projects comprises, on the one hand, the philo¬logical reconstruction and the upgrading of existing buildings and the reuse of the stables, on the other hand, an articulated expansion plan for the environmental rehabilitation of the whole areas.
The unique features of these areas, that generally include farm holdings surrounded by nature of Tuscany countryside and Maremman coast, had a substantial impact on the masterplan and design project: a careful study of the buildings has determined the forms, colours, materials and construction models best suited to obtain full integration between the sur¬rounding landscape and the developed areas.
The key challenge is to develop a project that would in no way disfigure the surroundings, but rather enhance them, at the same time providing our client with the highest quality of traditional architectural result mixed by the most modern design and manufacturing technology, with residences surrounded by nature and equipped with modern amenities and swimming pools.
